Duties and Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Skilled Nursing facility setting
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition
Provide wound care, IV therapy, tube feeding, and post-acute care as needed
Accurately document patient care using electronic medical records (EMR)
